Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Disclaimers
- Delivery estimates may be impacted by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier capacity, strikes, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other causes beyond our control.
- Once handed to the carrier, transit risks and delays lie with the carrier; we will assist with tracking, proof of delivery, and reasonable support.
- If tracking shows Delivered but the parcel cannot be located, contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation.
Returns
14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Return
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in sellable condition with original tags/labels attached.
- Return all accessories, packaging, hangers, dust bags, and any complimentary gifts.
Non-Returnable Items (Reasons)
- Swimwear bottoms/briefs with the hygiene liner removed, damaged, or missing (hygiene & safety).
- Items showing wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, or damage after receipt.
- Final-sale/clearance items explicitly marked “Non-returnable”.
- Customized/monogrammed items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways.
- Returns initiated or posted after the 14-day window without prior approval.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
The buyer pays return shipping and should use a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Request: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your Order #, item(s), and reason for return.
- Instructions: We will provide the return address and packing guidelines.
- Ship: Pack securely and send via a trackable carrier; keep the receipt and tracking number.
- Inspection: We verify the condition upon receipt.
- Refund: If approved, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed within at least 14 days after we receive and verify your return.
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear within at least 14 days; in some regions, local law allows up to 30 days.
- Your bank/card provider may require extra time to post funds after we complete the refund.
Payment Methods & Currencies
- Payment methods: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select regional wallets (availability varies by country).
- Multiple currencies supported: If your local currency is not shown at checkout, your order may be processed in a supported currency using your bank’s exchange rate and fees.
- Refunds return to the original payment method used at checkout; any currency conversion and bank fees are determined by your provider.
